Kirby Cochran, Chief Executive Officer In July 2011, Kirby Cochran joined the wakeupnow team. He was previously a business investor until wakeupnow executives decided to bring Kirby's expertise to lead the business. Before wakeupnow Kirby was an educator, speaker, author and leader in the field of management and finance. His specialty is growth company financing and management trends. He is a leading expert on capital structure and shareholder value. As a specialist in the venture capital industry and a forerunner of emerging approaches to raising capital, he has led half a dozen investment funds and raised over $1 billion in equity and debt financing across various industries. He has closely consulted and/or participated in the funding of over 100 companies over the length of his career and has extensive experience investing in and developing emerging growth companies. He is the author of "Pillars of Inflection: Seven Fundamental Strategies for Explosive Company Growth" and is an adjunct professor in the Finance department of the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Jason Elrod, President In July 2011, Jason Elrod officially joined the wakeupnow team. He previously worked with the company as an investor. Prior to wakeupnow, Jason was a partner in a successful venture capital firm where he gained vast experience in building and managing public and private high growth enterprises. Jason also started a real estate development firm where he was the master planner and long-term investor in both Arizona and Idaho real estate. He personally raised in excess of $70 million for subsequent development projects, assembling approximately 10,000 acres situated in Arizona and Idaho. With his networking skills, Jason has used his influence to help craft the policies, plans, and ordinances in Arizona and Idaho that have fostered successful development and has been a powerful advocate for renewable energy nationwide. Jason is a frequent guest lecturer to graduate students in the finance department of the David Eccles Business School at the University of Utah. Jason brings to wakeupnow an understanding of real estate, debt and investment origination, underwriting, investment structures, loan tranches, portfolio management, loan workouts of capital stack and the competing interests of the various risk/reward to investors. |

Jon Holbrook, Chief Investment Officer In March 2010, Jon P. Holbrook joined wakeupnow as President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Company has changed dramatically since then and Mr. Holbrook has seen firsthand extremely talented people join the corporate team and assume several of his past roles, thus allowing Mr. Holbrook to focus on very specific responsibilities to our Shareholders, IBO's and Distributors. Previous to joining the wakeupnow team, Jon worked as the co-founder and managing partner of a large real estate operating company (REOC) that advised and managed the assets of some of America's wealthiest and most affluent people. When the financial crisis hit, Jon saw the devastation and destruction that happened when people failed to budget properly. He discovered his personal mission and purpose in life was to use his talents to make a difference in people's lives. He found that wakeupnow aligned perfectly with his goals and knew that he had to be a part of it. Jon has also worked for two large household name banking institutions, as a founding member of a bridge capital firm, and the President of a management company which operated McDonald's restaurants and real estate. Jon brings to wakeupnow his experience in deal structure, cost analysis, finance management, due-diligence, research, distribution, accounting, credit analysis, underwriting, private equity, capital raising and senior executive management and looks forward to using all these skills together with wakeupnow's products to help people from all over the world lock arms to discover their own personal mission and purpose. |

Matt Schneck, Chief Operating Officer In fall 2010, Matt Schneck joined the wakeupnow team as a partner. As time progressed, wakeupnow put Matt's talent and skills to work as their Chief Operating Office. Prior to joining wakeupnow, Matt was the Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Simplicity Group, LLC. Simplicity Group, founded in 2000, was honored as the 12th fastest growing business service company in the United States by Inc. Magazine and as one of the fastest growing companies honored in both Utah Business Magazine and Utah Valley Business Quarterly Magazine. Specializing in web application development and online affiliate aggregation, Simplicity Group currently represents over 3,000 online merchants and millions of dollars in online buying power. Matt was also an integral part in the start-up of two successful companies specializing in online reward management, commerce and direct sales. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and his graduate degree from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. Matt was also recently honored in both Utah Business Magazine and Utah Valley Business Quarterly Magazine as one of Utah's leading business minds in their "Top 40 under 40" editions. Dale Gibson, Vice President In May of 2010, Dale Gibson started working as wakeupnow's Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities and talents evolved that position into the Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining the wakeupnow team, Dale served in the U.S. Army in Southeast Asia and San Francisco. He returned from his military service in the 70's to climb up McDonald's corporate ladder and become the director of operations in a few Oregon branches. He settled down in Utah when he opened two of his own franchises. He retired early, but kept working in banking, financial consulting and Medicare training. During this time, Dale worked closely with senior citizens and grew a special attachment to their well-being. When he discovered wakeupnow's products he knew that it could help this special group of people have an extra income at the end of the month. Dale looks forward to bringing this message to the masses and locking arms with the world to get out of debt. His favorite part of working at wakeupnow is having the opportunity to associate with an open and willing corporate staff to work together and create success. Prior to wakeupnow, Nathan was a Certified Public Accountant where he gained a profound expertise in financial reporting and management accounting systems. Most recently, Nathan worked as a venture capital professional and held several key management positions in over a dozen public and private companies. His experience spans a variety of industries, including energy, technology, consumer goods, and finance. His expertise extends from the development of proficient accounting systems to the establishment of corporate financial strategy. He loves the mission of wakeupnow and hopes to be instrumental to the company's success as it continues its upward trajectory. Adam has honed his business skills from a young age when he worked for his successful family company that has been in business for over 60 years. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University.
